How sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am founf, Was blind, but now I see. 2} 'Twas Grace that taught my heart to fear, And Grace my fears relieved; How precious did that Grace appear, The hour I first believed. 3} Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; 'Tis Grace hath brought me safe thus far, And Grace will lead me home. 4} When we've been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun. We've no less days to sing God's praise, Than when we first begun. 5} In evil long I took delight, Unawed by shame or fear. Till a new object struck my sight, And stopped my wild career. 6} The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures, He will my Shield and Portion be, As long as life endures. 7} Yes, when this flesh and heart shall fail, And mortal life shall cease. I shall possess within' the veil, A life of joy and peace. ÿw I arranged this spiritual with the advanced player in mind. There are many triplets and syncopated areas. The triplets are hit down-up-down 99% of the time. It takes lots of practice to play a series of triplets that go the speed that these do. Practice slowly, don't rush. Almost all my slides start one fret before their destination. In the 11th measure you have to slide up then back. The trick to making this slide work, is to put more pressure on the backward slide than the forward slide; pulling the sound out of the instrument. The attack of the first slide will sound the loudest, but by putting more pressure on the second slide you will keep the volume level close to the same. S.K. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. ÿÿCGuitarSteel String Acoustic Guitarh@Standard@;72-(ÿÿ CFloatingText * Lyrics *î$Times New Roman€ Ephesians 2:85l#Times New Roman€See Performance Notesõa%Times New Roman€EADGBE5{a‰Times New Roman€Flatpick—½›Times New Romanÿÿ CGuitarInÿÿ CTempoMarkern ÿÿCSection2 ì$ €ÿÿCStaff$ÿÿ CPosition ÿÿ CLineData`€€ €b€€@€ €€ €@€`€(€ €‘H€B€ ‘ ˆ€@€ (€Dd€ ‘H€#€ ‘ ˆ€%€ €#d€Dd€ (€#d€Dd€‘@H€ €@€‘ ˆ€!€B€€!€@€€!€@€!€B€€!€@€€B€€@€!€b€€`€!€‚€"!€ƒ€#(€`€$‘H€b€%‘ ˆ€dÿÿ CMusicBar €A 1st VerseS€ €S€€S€€ €2 ²€€!$ €€@€ €€ €@€`€(€ €‘H€B€‘ ˆ€@€(€ € ‘H€@€ ‘ ˆ€b€ € € € €@€ €€#€€ €%€(€#€‘H€@€‘ ˆ€b€(€!€‘H€@€‘ ˆ€b€(€€‘H€!€‘ ˆ€@€ €€!€B€`€ € €€ €!S€€S€€S€€ €2Ì f€€ € €#€D€e€€D€€#€ €@€€ €`€ € € € €@€ €#þd€Dþd€ € @ €!€B€ €!€@€ €!€@€b€ƒ€€`€€b€€ €@€€`€€‚€!€ƒ€(€`€‘H€b€‘ ˆ€dS€€S€ €S€€ €2€ , €€$! €(€@€‘H€`€‘ ˆ€‚€€ €(€ €‘H€B€‘ ˆ€@€ (€Dd€ ‘H€#€ ‘ ˆ€%€ €#d€Dd€ € €`€ €!€B€€ €`€€@€€`€€‚€€ƒ€€ €`€€£€ €€ €@€`€‚€£€ €`€€ €bS€€S€€S€€ €2F €B 2nd Verse€$$ € €@€€ €£€ €€ €@€`€€ €€B€€ €@€ €#€C€c€ €D€ €#€C€c€ !€D€ €`€ €b€€ €@€€Dd€€@€€ €B€€@€ €!€@€b€ƒ€€!€B€€C€!€!€B€€!€@€€b€€ €@€€`€ €€ €@€`€ €‚€!€ €ƒ€"€`€#€b€$€ €dS€€S€€S€€ €2! ¸€€ !€(€@€‘H€`€‘ ˆ€‚€(€@€‘H€b€‘ ˆ€`€(€@€‘H€B€‘ ˆ€@€ (€Dd€ ‘H€#€ ‘ ˆ€%€ (€€‘H€%€‘ ˆ€D€(€€‘H€(€‘ ˆ€I€(€ €‘H€(€‘ ˆ€I€(€ €‘H€(€‘ ˆ€I€(€ €‘H€(€‘ ˆ€I€(€ €‘H€'€ ‘ ˆ€G€!€ €# €€$€ €S€ €S€€S€€ €2Ò i€€ !€(€ €‘H€,€‘ ˆ€ þd€(€€‘H€*€‘ ˆ€ÿd€(€€‘H€(€‘ ˆ€þd€ (€€ ‘H€&€ ‘ ˆ€þd€ (€€‘H€%€‘ ˆ€þd€(€€‘H€#€‘ ˆ€€(€%d€‘H€€‘ ˆ€€(€€‘H€€‘ ˆ€€(€€‘H€%€‘ ˆ€#€(€C€‘H€D€ ‘ ˆ€€!€# €#€$€ €S€ €S€€S€€ €2ƒ # €€$ €(€€‘H€ €‘ ˆ€@€(€b€‘H€@€‘ ˆ€ €(€d€‘H€€‘ ˆ€€ (€€ ‘H€€ ‘ ˆ€#€ (€!€‘H€ €‘ ˆ€B€(€d€‘H€b€‘ ˆ€`€€@€ €€ €@€`€€ €b€€`€€„€€ €ƒ€€d€€‚€€ €@€ €€ €@€`S€ €S€€S€€€Untitled!h@Bass+&! € €2 }€€ ArialTimes New RomanTimes New Roman
